Villa Toscamar, Javea - price per week from £275 to £550 - sleeps 4 to 6

This beautiful villa is situated within the quiet relaxing gardens of the residential park Toscamar. The villa has been recently refurbished and benefits from having full air conditioning with warm air heating(for winter lets), an electronic digital safe and windows with mosquito blinds.

The practical well fitted kitchen has grill, 4 ring stove, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine plus general kitchen equipment.

There is one family bathroom (with bath and shower), one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Satellite TV and a stero plus a selection of DVDs, CDs, games and books are provided for your enjoyment.

The villa has an enclosed naya for relaxing/dining as well as a patio area with table, chairs and sunshade.

Toscamar has a large swimming pool with terraces and sunbathing area, with a separate childrens pool and play area, two tennis courts , a cafe bar with separate recreation area with table tennis and pool tables, an excellent restaurant and large supermarket with internet access. Parking is available, as well as the local Javea bus service which starts and terminates at Toscamar with direct links to the the Arenal sandy beach, Javea Port and Javea Old Town, all only minutes away.

Casa Netty, Moraira - price per week from £350 to £500 - sleeps 4

Casa Netty is a linked villa in the Cumbre del Sol area of Moraira, which sleeps up to 4.

There are 2 fully furnished double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, washbasin, bidet and washing machine.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle plus crockery, cutlery, ovenware, utensils, etc.

The lounge has seating for up to 6, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and feature fireplace. A selection of DVDs, CDs and books are also provided. The open plan interior dining area comfortably seats 4.

Outside you will find the private driveway and the covered terrace which has sea views and is a great place for al fresco dining or just relaxing with a good book and a glass of sangria.

There are 3 residents´ pools within walking distance, in fact you can see one from the terrace! 5 minutes walk will take you to the Lirios Centre with a restaurant, bar, supermarket, pharmacy, internet café and bank.

The nearest beach is 2 minutes drive away while Moraira town and beaches are just a 5 minute drive.

Casa Las Viñas, Moraira - price per week from £350 to £640 - sleeps 6

Casa Las Viñas is a luxurious townhouse situated a short distance from Moraira, with a private residents’ swimming pool and a separate children’s pool, all surrounded by lush gardens and spacious walkways.

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.

The open plan lounge/dining room has seating and dining for 6, flat screen satellite TV, DVD, Playstation2, stereo, wood burner and direct access to one of the terraces. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, ovenware, etc. There is also a utility area with washing machine, 1 family bathroom plus an ensuite shower room.

Within 6 minutes of the villa you will find a supermarket, restaurants and a beach. Moraira centre and the nearest golf club (one of 5 golf clubs within a 40 minute drive) are less than 10 minutes away.

Villa Janzen, Javea - price per week from £500 to £995 - sleeps 6

Villa Janzen is a detached villa in Cala Blanca, sleeping up to 4 adults and 2 children in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Air conditioning (hot and cold) and mosquito blinds are installed in all 3 bedrooms.

The accommodation further comprises 1 family bathroom, 1 en suite shower room, open plan lounge/dining room with cable TV, DVD, CD player and CDs, ceiling fan and Tosca stone fireplace fitted with a Sevilla gas fire. There is also a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.

From the lounge, double glazed patio doors lead out to the covered terrace and patio areas where there is a patio table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ. A gorgeous summer holiday rental villa located in a delightful part of Javea, close to all local beaches and restaurants.

The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms - 3 doubles and 2 twins. With a recently re-fitted kitchen, the upstairs has an open-plan feel with large kitchen-dining area and lounge. There are lots of rustic features in this typically traditional villa. Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom, a double bedroom with en suite and lounge leading onto the patio & pool area.

Finca Ventecullo, Javea - price per week from £650 to £1850 - sleeps 10 -12

Finca Ventecullo is superbly situated on an elevated position overlooking the valley between Javea and Benitachell with its orange groves and vineyards. It offers tranquil, comfortable accommodation in the setting of a tastefully modernised Spanish Finca (farmhouse) recently restored to provide all the conveniences of modern living, including central heating. The name Ventecullo loosely translates as “windy bottom” so called after the refreshing afternoon breezes that circulate through and around the villa on hot summer afternoons.

The main house has three bedrooms (master with king size bed, second bedroom with twin beds and bunkbed and 3rd with double bed), 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, etc. The very spacious living room/dining hall features a galleried landing and a vaulted beamed ceiling. Satellite TV, DVD/Video and stereo are all provided.

The annexe has a luxury shower room, double bedroom with access to the pool and a twin bedroom with direct access to the pool.

Casa Blanca is a luxury detached villa built in 2007 in Javea, for up to 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. There are 2 en suite bathrooms plus a family shower room.

The comfortable lounge has seating for 6, satellite TV, DVD and stereo. The dining room also seats 6. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, fridge freezer, etc. plus open plan breakfast room for 4.

Outside you will find covered and open terraces plus the BBQ area, all wonderful for al fresco dining. The balcony enjoys views of Montgo mountain. Set in an exclusive, green and leafy area of Javea, this spacious and well-maintained villa has many features that give it that special appeal. Children are welcome and well catered for, with cots, highchairs, the lovely swimming pool, tiled surrounds and lawn plus outside play area all on the same level.
