Villa Toscamar, Javea - price per week from £275 to £550 - sleeps 4 to 6

This beautiful villa is situated within the quiet relaxing gardens of the residential park Toscamar. The villa has been recently refurbished and benefits from having full air conditioning with warm air heating(for winter lets), an electronic digital safe and windows with mosquito blinds.

The practical well fitted kitchen has grill, 4 ring stove, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine plus general kitchen equipment.

There is one family bathroom (with bath and shower), one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Satellite TV and a stero plus a selection of DVDs, CDs, games and books are provided for your enjoyment.

The villa has an enclosed naya for relaxing/dining as well as a patio area with table, chairs and sunshade.

Toscamar has a large swimming pool with terraces and sunbathing area, with a separate childrens pool and play area, two tennis courts , a cafe bar with separate recreation area with table tennis and pool tables, an excellent restaurant and large supermarket with internet access. Parking is available, as well as the local Javea bus service which starts and terminates at Toscamar with direct links to the the Arenal sandy beach, Javea Port and Javea Old Town, all only minutes away.

A gorgeous summer holiday rental villa located in a delightful part of Javea, close to all local beaches and restaurants.

The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms - 3 doubles and 2 twins. With a recently re-fitted kitchen, the upstairs has an open-plan feel with large kitchen-dining area and lounge. There are lots of rustic features in this typically traditional villa. Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom, a double bedroom with en suite and lounge leading onto the patio & pool area.

Entertainment is provided via LCD TV, a gaming plasma with DVD and Play Station. Internet together with UK terrestrial and SKY TV stations is available. The villa is surrounded by gardens and terraces and has its own private 8x4 pool. The seated barbecue terrace area is delightful and intimate. There is a table tennis table to the rear terrace plus a wonderfully comfortable covered terrace to sit out and enjoy the balmy Spanish summer evenings.

Villa Montaña, Javea - price per week from £650 to £1050 - sleeps 6

Villa Montaña is a luxury detached villa in Monte Javea, sleeping up to 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The open plan lounge/dining room has seating and dining for 6 plus satellite TV, DVD, stereo, fireplace and great views of the countryside and mountains. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, fridge freezer, etc.

Outside you will find covered and open terraces plus the BBQ area, all wonderful for al fresco dining. The pool terrace has sun loungers and a pool shower. The private swimming pool is 8x4m with under water lighting - perfect for a late night dip! Gates lead to the property's private driveway and Mediterranean gardens. Within 1km of the villa you will find a minimarket, restaurants, mini golf, a supermarket and tennis courts. The beautiful beach of Granadella is only 2km away with the sandy Arenal just 5km away.

The villa is ideal for summer holidays with air con throughout. It´s perfect for a winter break too as you can enjoy the sun during the day and snuggle up in front of the fire at night. If you simply can´t leave your emails alone, there´s even broadband internet access available!

Within 1km of the villa you will find restaurants, mini golf, a supermarket and tennis courts. Barraca beach is only 0.5km away with the sandy Arenal beach 5 minutes drive away and Granadella beach 1km away.
