Linen Change Service If you would like to offer your guests fresh linen and towels halfway through their holiday. Subject to the terms detailed above for laundry.
Maid Service For guests who would like more frequent linen changes and/or cleaning of the property during their stay.
Close of Season Clean A full clean and launder to prepare your property for winter closure. Includes defrosting of fridges and freezers. We will advise if items such as mattress protectors, throws, duvets, curtains, etc. need cleaning.
Spring Clean Be prepared for your first guests of the season with the Spring Clean which complements our Close of Season Clean and includes making of beds, dusting and freshening, preparing outside areas and cleaning windows.
Security Checks A regular visit to your property while it is unoccupied. We will check windows and doors are secure; air your property; run water through the system; check for insect infestation, water leaks, etc. Your property will also be checked for damage following storms or heavy rainfall.
Concierge Service Your Personal Assistant in Spain! We will act on your behalf to obtain quotations, oversee work, order gas, meet tradesmen or deliveries, collect post at the Correos, etc.
