San Esteban is in a lovely complex of Spanish style apartments surrounding a large garden with plenty of grassed areas and a pool with shallow children’s section. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south with a full width terrace. The beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, Javea Port and the Arenal are just a short walk away.
The apartment has a double and a twin bedroom each with a built in wardrobe, bedside tables, a dressing table with large mirror and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
The kitchen features a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is ample hot water provided by an instant gas fired boiler and gas central heating throughout for the winter months.
In the lounge is a circular dining table with chairs, coffee tables and a two seat and a three seat settee. The lounge has a floor standing fan. There is also a 28inch colour television that receives 24 English channels including BBC television and radio, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, Sky Sports and Movie channels. There is a DVD player (DVD's can be hired locally) and a music centre for CD's, cassettes and local English radio stations.
On the terrace is a table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable barbecue.
