CasaCare.1 is a property cleaning and management company, dedicated to providing a professional, reliable service in property cleaning, rental, maintenance and management.
 
Cheryl and her friendly hard-working team are proud to offer you a very personal service, tailored to meet your individual requirements plus excellent customer care.
 
Cheryl is a firm believer in quality client care, following a career in demanding service industries in the UK.
 
With this in mind, she takes time to listen to what each property owner really wants rather than simply offering an "off the shelf" property management package.
 
Company History
 
Cheryl settled in Spain with her family in 2002 and has been caring for properties in Javea and Moraira on the Costa Blanca, Spain since 2003.
